Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
? 8 years to 10 years of experience in project management. RPO, Consulting backgrounds would be preferred. (India hiring experience)
? Proficient with Volume hiring. (FTE positions).
? Good understanding with funnel / pipeline planning to achieve revenue targets.
? Good experience into a target driven recruitment.
? Experience in managing client accounts.
? Experience in handling, guiding, mentoring teams.
? Strong understanding of the IT hiring domain needed.
? Excellent verbal and written communication.
? Strong understanding on recruitment processes.
? Excellent Stakeholder management experience; both domestic and global managers.
? Good in excel reporting, analytics.

Desired Candidate Profile:
? Having volume hiring experience.
? Good with funnel planning, someone who have achieved around 1 cr annually.
? Has worked in a target driven work environment.
? Experience in handling Clients is a must have.
? Strong with technology understanding.
? Good with team handling and mentoring.
? A proactive person with excellent interpersonal skills and a can do go getter attitude.
? Strong in verbal and written communication.
