Role:

• Recruitment of third party resources.


• New employee on-boarding and orientation.


• Attendance, time office management.


• Employee query and grievance handling.


• Assist with payroll processing.


• Monitor employee morale and company culture.


• Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.

Education & Experience

• Graduation - HR with 2+ years of experience or MBA - HR with 1 years of experience.


• Compliance, Payroll knowledge.


• Attendance, time office management.


• Communication skill.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality.


• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
