Acquire the right talent, End to End recruitment process. Posting jobs on job portals and LinkedIn groups. Collaborating with colleges for campus recruitment. Shortlisting resumes, calling for interviews and screening candidates, conducting tests and coordinating interviews.
Management of Employee welfare. Planning, managing & executing different in-house office team-building activities, training and development and employee engagement.
Management of conflict resolution & employee retention within target. Updating and implementing of different Company Policies from time to time.
Maintaining different data on Google Sheets and ZOHO Payroll. Sound knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
Processing Monthly Payroll on ZOHO ERP Software.
Advises managers and supervisors of state and federal regulations and effective human resource practices with regard to employee issues.
Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
Counsels and guides managers on appropriate performance management measures; assist managers in writing corrective action memos and other documentation; attends or conducts corrective action sessions as warranted; performs necessary follow-up.
Coordinates recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt openings; initiates and coordinates recruitment ads; reviews applications/resumes; assist managers with screening applicants; ensures offers are made in accordance with procedures; coordinates new hire paperwork to ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures.
Must have excellent English speaking skills & good communication skills.
Full-time MBA Degree in HR from reputed universities & 2+ years experience.
Should have good knowledge in MS Office & expert in MS Excel.
Must have good 'Effective communication emails' writing skills.
Must have Good personality, Good presence of mind, and Excellent people management skills.
