Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Checking Correctness of Structural Drawings as per Architectural Design.


• Review designs submitted by the structural consultant for any errors and rectification of the same through them.


• Design co-ordination with external consultant must.


• Should have thorough knowledge of good construction practices & construction materials.


• Experience in estimation must with analytical knowledge on quantity verifications as per design changes.


• Shall be well versed with Tender preparation.


• Ensure timely MIS / MSP Reports.


• Shall be responsible to co-ordinate with all internal dept. viz Execution, MEP, Commercial, liaison, for timely deliverables.


• Shall co-ordinate with External Architects, Structural consultants or any other consultant to ensure Dmart specifications are met.


• Wherever required shall co-ordinate with Developers to ensure Dmart specifications are explained & adhered to by the developer.

Desired Candidate Profile B.E Civil with Exp. in Design Engineering firm.

• MS office, AutoCAD & Staad / Etab knowledge.


• Well versed with Building Civil Design.


• Knowledge of IS Codes & all design relevant standards.


• Knowledge of Tenders, BOQ & Working Drawings.


• Should have complete design of at least one commercial building, independent.


• Execution Exp. will be added advantage.
